 Vic Poor was also involved in the design of the TT/L RTTY Demodulator, described in the August 1965 issue of QST and also the TT/L-2 RTTY Demodulator described in the September 1967 issue of QST.

>From what I understood at the time, there was some friction between Irv Hoff and Vic Poor over the publication of the designs.

Frederick Electronics and later Chief Engineer at Datapoint.
