Its sounds like Decca Hi-Fix to me.

Where I lived in those days was close to the coast and on Top Band was a
thumping version of one of those signals on 1900kHz as I lived only about 10
miles from one of the transmitters. We also had Loran rattling away on
1950kHz but thankfully now they have all gone.
