Yes: but you will need to following:

o A computer with a serial port.

o A RS-232 EIA to 60ma converter.

o Linux.

I use my 28-KSR to print e-mails. The program ignores non-ITA#2
characters or else it prints them as "something close" - like all
the brackets and arrows become parenthesis.

If anyone would like a copy of the source code, send me an e-mail
and I'll be delighted to send it along.
