It appears that ITTY is down. Anyone know when it will be up and running
again??

    Now, the first thing would be to review the port settings, can you pass 
them here?
    I assume there was no error message when you configured the port and 
that at the bottom it says everything is ok.
    You write a message, hit send, and it does not get to the COM port, 
correct?

    What does the $LIST command show?
