There is always one guy who "got it cheaper".  When the Govt. was selling
these a few years ago I got one as part of a lot of surplus.  It was new, in
the sealed box, with manuals and connector kit.  HAL was very helpful
getting it up and running (there was a bad solder connection) and they
wondered where I got it since it was a govt. contract.  Paid about $90 for
it considering the lot price and it works great.
