Without digging out my official sources...

The small transformer is rated at something like 120-150 ma. and is good
for a KSR to run the selector magnets at 60 ma. and also provide 30 ma.
bias for a polar relay and also provide 60 ma. for a local test loop.

The tall transformer is good for something like 600 ma. and is typically
used in ASR sets where in addition to the line relay bias and selector
magnet there may be a reperforator with its loop supply and line relay,
and a tape reader with one or two magnets to actuate it.
