[GreenKeys] TTY in San Diego

Is there anyone in the San Diego area or maybe semi close that could lend me some help in getting my GRC-122 TTY shelter operating.  Ive got the equipment mostly installed, but have absolutly no experience beyond reading the manual.  I dont know what to expect so I dont know if things will we working properly.
