Nope the array on the FLR 9 was much more substanial and there would have
had a second 
aray inside within 20-30 meters visable.... (it still stands (google maps
sattelite image near Gersthofen GY)
the building in the picture is a givaway that it is not correct... even for
Chicksands
I was stationed with the AN/FLR9 in Augsburg...
