[GreenKeys] On the E - Gould Signal Data Converter CV-3510/UG

If you google for CV-3510 you come up with, among other things, some 
information on shipborne RTTY converters and the URA-17F which it says
uses two CV-3510B units.  But the picture there is rather different
from the one in the ebay item.  I wonder if the ebay item might actually
be a test set to test the CV-3510B converter?  The 3510B is shown as a
rack mount unit, two of them used for diversity.
