[GreenKeys] Hal 8000A

Dave, I have never owned a Hal 8000A but on my website is an article on 
how Bob Boyd - W1VXV hooked his up to a PK-232.
I  had my PK-232 hooked up with a Dovtron MPC-1000C.  I used the Dovtron 
has the front end using the output RS-232 to drive the pk-232.
I used the PK-232 for Transmit using FSK.  Worked very well.
