Howdy Folks,

The RCA KB (eBay) with a "Here Is" option arrived today.  After lots of cleaning and much needed lubrication and, getting the KB contacts to conduct an electric current again, I ran the "Here Is" and it turned out to be W0BLR 
(W zero BLR) from Pittsburg KS...that's what the ID printed out.

He's no longer listed on QRZ.com but I found him in a 1991 Callbook.  Does anyone know or remember him...Leo S. Stafford?

Now, I just have to figure out how to program a Model 15 "Here Is" wheel.....it's reprogramable by movine pegs on wheels.  My Model 15's are from the RCA Global system.
