[GreenKeys] Model 28 Leveler Bolt is 1/2-13 x 1 1/2 !!!

I will point out that you aren't likely to find bolts with the head shown 
at consumer grade places like Home Depot. 1/2"-13 UNC is one of the two 
common thread diameters and pitches. But the head thickness is going to be 
roughly 3X that shown. And probably the 1/2" (length) of shank nearest the head 
will be unthreaded. Standard spec for Hex Head Cap Screws (the proper name) is 
that lengths from 0 to 1" are threaded to the head. Over 1". only 1" is 
threaded. If the length is over 1" and it is threaded to the head, it's usually 
either a specialty fastener or a machine screw. The screw pictured is a 
specialty.

Note that by definition in various standards, a screw is always or normally 
intended to be tightened or loosend by turning its head. A bolt is always 
or normally intended to be tightened or loosened by turning the nut into 
which it is inserted. Thus, clearly, the item pictured below is a screw, not a 
bolt. :-) My cataracts notwithstanding.
