Gentlemen,

 

  I have offered to give away a brand new 35 reperf for free.  This was not
a smart move as there are a few individuals interested and I have no idea
how to gauge their level of interest or suitability either.

 

  However, my intention was to give it away not sell it.  So instead of a
duel or other method, I am going to send Jack WA2HWJ (old school) a number
from 0-100.  Whoever gets closest to that number gets the reperforator.  If
two numbers are equidistant the higher number wins.  If the numbers tie I
send the base to one person and the mechanism to the other person.   If
there is any other possibility I keep it.

 

  Rules:  If you get it and one day don't want it, you too must give it
away.
