Hey, I didn't get it for free, I had to pay a substantial sum for it! I
have $400.00 invested in it. At $200.00 I'm losing half what I paid
for it. If I'm a "creep" for wanting HALF my money back, I guess
I really am a "creep". At least if the guy hauls it to the scrap metal
place I'll get half of whatever he gets for it, and that's better than
nothing.

How often do you flush $400.00 down the toilet? If I lived near you,
the next time you felt inclined to give away $400.00, I'd gladly come
by and pick it up! I don't know about you, but I can't afford to give
away stuff for which I've paid a substantial sum.

Do you often give people a hard time who can ill afford to be 
philanthropic?

Want to help me pay for the $25,000 in repairs my house needs in the next
two months? I didn't think so....

I found someone who wants the free teletype units (finally, after about 
three
years of searching for a new home for them, in spite of repeated ads trying
to give them away on Greenkeys and Craigslist). So now they're spoken for.
All I need now is to sell the Conex box. Cowboy up and come buy this
thing or go "guilt" someone else. That doesn't fly here.
