Last chance to pickup two FREE teletype units. I sold the home
where they're stored, and they must be moved this week sometime.
If not moved, they're going to the dump. MYRTLE BEACH, SC.
I think they're model 15's, but I don't know. They were in good
condition when stored, but that was 5 or 8 years ago, and humidity
has molded the keys. They're the size of a large typewriter. Also,
a military Conex box they're in must go. The new owner mentioned
hauling it to the scrap metal place. I'd like to get a couple hundred bucks
out of it, but no reasonable offer refused. I'll let the new home buyer
haul it to the scrap metal place before giving it away for free- at least
I'll get half the money from it. The Conex box is about 6 by 6 feet, and
originally housed a complete Teletype setup. Some of the parts are still
inside (very little). Includes the wattmeter/dummy load combo, and a
couple of huge transformers. I won't be of much help in loading it, so
bring your help with you when you come. The home sale closes on
April 5th, so it has to be GONE before then.
