[GreenKeys] Model 16 (?) available in West Virgiina

http://www.prc68.com/I/Telegraph.shtml#TMN says that Model 16 was "a
stock ticker that was not produced due to the 1929 depression". ASCII
did not exist then, and it is hard to imagine a 7 or 8 level machine
based on the 15 even without considering the 110 baud speed involved. I
read long ago that 100wpm gears do exist for the 5-level 15 but that
speed causes it to "fly apart" quickly.

However, this might be an interesting machine, and I am not too far from
Wheeling, WV (if it is in that area) so if no one closer is available I
might be able to pick it up.
