[GreenKeys] Model 15 inhibit clutch

Thanks to all for input on the Navy Model 15.  I had a problem with it advancing with non characters.  Jack told me there's an "inhibit" somewhere in there.  

Turns out the best friend for a Model 15 with clutch problems is WD-40.  That and some exercise and the Navy 15 is running perfectly.

The mailbox cabinet will need a little spot weld and body shop work.  Should be pristine soon.
