Sadly the slitter became scrap in March

Basically came down to insurance & OSHA since the cost of storage was
zero (owned the building, had excess space).

To use the slitter would have cost about $1,000 to update to conform
to OSHA requirements. That was not the big
issue, it was their insurance, it would have gone up. It seems every
additional piece of equipment it goes up.

The owner is seriously considering closing up this 100 y/o shop,
laying off and and just giving up.
