Nick nothing personal at all but ..

If someone "loans" to a theatre/movie/play you name it, make sure you
get everything
in writing that it comes back in the same shape it arrived in. Take at
least 30 to 40 pictures
inside and out, every angle etc. If not
you will go pick up your tty and it will be spray painted so that it
matches the sceen,
all the guts missing to make it lighter and it will be sitting out in
the rain next to
the dumpster.

Ensure that they have insurance, and that the insurance covers props,
a lot of times
it does not, props are considered disposables/consumables. Oh .. the
'they' ? good
chance 'they' have no money.

I learned long ago .. will never do again
