The machines are Kleinschmidt AN/FGC-25s. They were the US Signal Corps &
USAF's equivalent of the Teletype Corp. 28ASR. from the 1950s into the
1980s and mainly used in fixed comm centers. The AN/FGC-25 consists of two
units: a page printer and a reperforator/tape reader (with a big cable
between them). They are similar to the the TT-98 page printer and TT-76
reperforator that were used for tactical/field operation.

They were the deluxe units of the Kleinschmidt line, but nothing special or
classified about them. No reason that 50 year old units have to be
destroyed.

The AWA Museum will see what we can do to get a set from them.
