I never worked on KL equipment so I have no suggestions.
Perhaps Tom Kleinschmidt could shed some information but I never see
his emails any more.

I just pulled the chad chute off a Kleinschmidt (actually made by
Boheme)
TT-76C that I have on the bench to check the color of the punch pins,
but
all I accomplished was spilling chad all over the machine! Can't see
the
pins without doing more disassemble, which I don't want to do if I don't
have to.
Dave - You mentioned a mylar tape used on older AN/FGA-21s. What
equipment
was used to punch the mylar tape?
have fun,
Dunca
