[GreenKeys] interesting homebrew TU at auction

Looks like it has the TV horizontal oscillator coils in the lower right of 
one pix.  That probably means it was designed for wide shift of 850 hz. 
With the ATC/DTC switch it may be a TT/L by Hoff.
