[GreenKeys] Bidding Mystery

I normally put in my maximum bid up front and not watch the auction.
There is no guarantee that these sniper programs (Phantom Bidder,
etc.) can get your bid in at the last second. I used to get mad
losing by only $1, but I do not know the maximum bid someone else has.
I guarantee that if there is something I really, really want, I am
going to put in a high bid, but I have time to decide what it is
really worth to me. Once, I lost out on a bid on a very clean ASR33
that went for $1000+ only to win another in similar condition for 1/3
the price. In the end I got a much better deal since the TTY I got
had the chad bucket, the copy holder, acoustic coupler modem and a
professionally built laminate topped cart.
