Many ISPs will not pass the 13MB file so, at Sam Hallas' suggestion, I  
am going to make three smaller files that you can combine if you have  
access to Adobe Acrobat (not just reader.)

I sent the file to those who asked me to do so.  I will resend the  
three smaller files later tonight to those who responded.
Alternatively I can mail a CD-ROM with both the ASR and KSR/RO  
documents, but my XYL wants me to receive $3.00
for postage, envelope, and the CD...
