I also have a  manila envelope with a bunch of WECO drawings for the various Model 28 machines.  Some with the 130 series sets.

Two WECO SD-95559-012 drawings "Teletypewriter Selections Circuits" which are for the Model 15  $3 ea.

teletype Corp #2918WD, Actual wiring diagram Model 28 Printer cabinet LAC and LA AC, April 1957.  This shows the terminal blocks in these two cabinets and where the wires go to other terminal blocks.  If your familiar with WECo drawings of this type, you'll be right at home.  $3
