GreenKeyers et al - - -

When Al Waller decided to retire he kept a number of us folks on his
servers.

He has decided to completely retire and go cruising, fishing, flying
saucer watching, or whatever else will make him happy.

To this end RTTY.COM was parked in DirectNic's garage while
arrangements were being made to find a new home.

Stephen Jones, W0TTY, a very enthusiastic and talented newbie to the
world of mechanical teletype, and fortunately a relatively young man
compared to some of us fossils, will be hosting RTTY.COM on his
organization's servers. Steve spends a lot of time at The Museum Of
Communications in Seattle.

The numerous steps in the transfer from Al's edifice to Steve's is
now in progress, and WWW.RTTY.COM will soon be back on a new host.

Thanks to all who were concerned as to what was going on with the
site. I received numerous phone calls yesterday and could not find
out much until after I got home late yesterday evening.

On behalf of myself, Bill, K7TTY, and all of those who have gained
some benefit from RTTY.COM over the years, I would like to extend a
real big THANK YOU to Al Waller, K3TKJ, for his support of
WWW.RTTY.COM, and wish him nothing but beautiful sunsets and
beverages with little umbrellas in them as he enjoys his Pau Hana
years.

Take care Al.

(Please envision the sound of thunderous hand clapping from literally
all over the world - Al has touched the lives of hundreds of
thousands of radio amateurs)

George - W7TTY
