[GreenKeys] RTTY sig

Someone in the past gave out the specs on the RTTY signal down on 10.1 Mc.  It's quite loud here this morning and i'd like to see if i can pull anything out of it.  I've tried 45, 45.45 and 50 baud at 425 cycle shift.  Nothing but garble.  Were there some other parameters i needed to change?  Also some SSB crud from somewhere close by that may or may not affect copy.  Think it's from the far east though.
