    That looks like a Navy TT 49-UG.  It's a Model 15 modified to work on
shipboard at up to 45 degrees off the vertical.  Hence the heavy bolts,
big shock mounts, permanently attached keyboard and typing unit, and extra
side frames.  There should also be mods to the carriage and its return mechanism
so it can work while tilted, and some of the nonstandard framing parts should
be aluminum.
