[GreenKeys] 8 level paper tape labels

Decades ago I had written a program in BASIC for the school timesharing
terminal (an ASR-33) which turned text to letters on tape.

The school confiscated the program, the tapes I made, and banned me for
the rest of the year from using the computer, because of the POTENTIAL
of using such a thing for foul language!

It's not hard to figure out the sequences. I based mine on the 5x7 dot
matrix printer fonts which had just came out.
