Hi David,

If you are looking for commercial traffic, I suggest that you look for DDK9 if you would like to print weather data.

A description and list of frequencies can be found here:

http://www.dwd.de/bvbw/generator/DWDWWW/Content/Schifffahrt/Sendeplan/Schedule__rtty__01,templateId=raw,property=publicationFile.pdf/Schedule_rtty_01.pdf

Note that this is 50 baud, 450 Hz shift, reverse, with unshift on space disabled. The 10100.8 transmission (30M) are usually received very well here on the east coast of the USA in the early morning and then again in the afternoon. A Teletype Model 28 geared at 45.45 baud will receive a 50 Baud transmission well if the range is set low, around 30 points.

Alternately, there are a number of Ham radio stations on the air most times of the year. Some are transmitting from interesting places. You can find these stations as they are spotted via the DX Cluster.

Try http://www.dxsummit.fi/CustomFilter.aspx?customCount=50&customRange=505 Anything with RTTY in the comments field will be running
45.45 baud, 170 shift, with unshift on space enabled. There are some contests where the participants run 75 baud, but these are rare.

For a list of RTTY DXPeditions to really rare locations, check out http://www.ng3k.com/Misc/adxo.html

A couple of interesting operations over the next month that will include RTTY are:

Anything left coming over the air? I have a 28, 51J3, and ST-6 at a
workshop without Internet access. I'd love to be able to run it from
something other than punched tape.
