Any chance we can get some ITTY traffic to be transmitted from KSM on
6328.0? This is something we greenkeyers have dreamed about for years!
(George tried once many years ago)

Subject: [GreenKeys] KSM Granted 6Mc RTTY Frequency

The FCC has granted our application for an additional RTTY frequency for
KSM. We're now authorized to use 6328.0kc for 300HF1B emission at 5kW TPO.

The crack MRHS Transmitter Department will begin work early in the new year
aimed at putting a transmitter on this frequency as soon as possible. The
transmitter will be one of the ex-KPH Henry HF5000D SITOR transmitters. The
antenna will be a double extended Zepp.

We selected 6Mc for the additional channel because the KSM 6Mc Morse signal
does so well both day and night.

An announcement will be made via this list when the 6328.0kc channel is in
service.

Until then we wish you the very best for the holidays.

VY 73,

RD
