John's got it right!

How many times have we heard those stories - and when the owner
asks the theatrical people for insurance or something before he will
lend something to them, they hem and haw like they're being taken
advantage of - and swear up-and-down of how well they will take care
of the thing - but then, after the shoot/play is over, it takes
phone call after phone call to get someone's attention, and then you
find the machine out in the parking lot, looking like it's been
tossed around by gorillas.
