[GreenKeys] Siemens Perforator Help

Help Needed:

 

I recently acquired a Siemens perforator in excellent physical and
operational condition. I am extremely anal about having all the available
documentation for every piece of equipment I own. Since I have absolutely no
documentation for this perforator I looking for some help. My German is not
good, but I believe the model number to be 12A and the serial number is
2S-9975. I have no idea in what year this piece was manufactured. I have
uploaded a series of photos of the perforator to Google photos at the
