Dave,

Yes, *I* would be happy to pay that plus reasonable shipping for it.   
I have a hand crank one here in storage.

Re: the tape spool hole size.  if I remember right, the tape spool has  
the same square hole as found on 16 mm film reels.  Don't have one  
made before you explore finding a film reel first.
