[GreenKeys] Teletype Model 40

Does anyone have one of these?

Its an interesting beast because its basically a CRT terminal and has
support for local storage with an optional tape drive.

I've been able to get a tape drive, but not the main unit.  I'd love
to see some nice pictures of one, I've only been able to find crappy
low-res ebay auction pictures so far.
