I tuned in W1AW tonite at the start time of 6 PM and there was a "squirrelly" sounding FSK that did nothing on my TU but garbage.  Went back 15 mins. later and it was the normal FSK.  Anyone know what the initial transmission is about?  Same last nite.

I installed the NEW ribbon cartridge in the AN/UGC-74B I received from Kevin.....What a pleasure to have that cartridge and not use the re-re-inked old one...I don't know how Kevin found a source of them but,  thanks a million Kevin.
