[GreenKeys] ASR-33 with Telebyte M65A

ok, i looked at my switch settings and I had SW2 @ half duplex, SW3 receiver
active, SW4 transmitter active and DTE set on.

i think the real trick to this thing is the wiring, and unfortunately I
don't have any idea which wires went to which terminal posts. I had RED
GREEN BLACK WHITE BLACK BLACK - six wires and five posts to attach. I messed
with that endlessly and get it printing but never got the keyboard to work
in "online" mode...
