I just called John KB1FQG.  I also sent him an email...

I am hoping he will be willing to crate the machine so I can have it  
picked up by ODFL.
My 12 KSR no longer has a base.  This way I could reproduce the base  
from this one.
And... have a 12 here to work on.  My KSR is in Oceanside California.

I'm doing a cleanout in the Metro West Boston area and there is a wire  
service (Western Union  IIRC) Model 12 RX only TTY unit, the matching  
mounting table with logo decal still there, and the motor generator  
set that it came with oh so many years ago.  I'm hoping that someone  
can give it a good home.  It would be available for pickup most likely  
Sat. May 8.  Please don't let this go out for scrap metal!
