[GreenKeys] Question regarding TWX and Dial TWX...

European TELEX was current line based until the 1970s, then more and more
countries changed over to voice frequency systems. But still with own
Telex switches separated from the telephone ones.

Many Eastern European countries kept current line (TW 39/55) systems until
the end
of their Telex networks.
