You can buy the manuals from HAL Communications.  Over the years HAL  
has been a fantastic supporter of RTTY as well as other amateur  
communications.
It would not be ethical to take funds away from them.  You can  
purchase manuals from HAL by writing to Bill Henry at: ghenry at halcomm.com
