Well - here we go with the message being stripped off by AT&T ---
AGAIN! Sorry, not much I can do but keep trying...

Hey - more than a few of us on Greenkeys have more than a slight
interest in "the beasts" with the glow...

It'll take me a bit - but I'll drag out the original materials for the
article and get them posted - I'll post a note here as a reminder to
everyone when available.
Re: the COSMOS PTO - Cosmos is an "improved design" over the Collins
design - in that it doesn't need to be disassembled to set the linearity
- there are externally accessible screws to set each of 48 mid points.
That has been well documented - I'll pass along links for that as well.

I've seen the adjustment screw bent before - and that requires complete
replacement (including major disassembly). Apparently someone wasn't
careful - and got a screwdriver beside the screw instead of "in the
head" - and twisted for all they were worth... I don't think I've seen
your problem - unless that also turns out to be a bent screw case -
which it might be from your description. It would indeed be hard to tell
that without actually "seeing" it - at which point the PTO is in
pieces... (unfortunately).

best regards...
