[GreenKeys] 6 meters RTTY

As I am a fan of Six Meter, yes I knew that it was there but no I have
never heard it used personally but I guess back in the days of heavy
metal (non glass screen) TTY, six mtr. operation was all the rage
especially along the east and west coasts.
