Thank you for your kind research Steve. I am sure the paste wax will
work
nicely however the kitchen wax was easier to apply. Too bad...
The Johnson company makes good products. Their headquarters in
Wisconsin was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.
Thanks again

The SC Johnson website says the "Kitchen Wax" has been discontinued
several
years ago and the remaining stock is now gone. However they still make
Johnson Paste Wax and state the following: "Hard finish, buffable wax
formula provides a rich, satiny luster and lasting beauty and
protection for
all sealed wood surfaces- Also helps protect metal, sealed leather,
plastic,
sealed cork and vinyl. Waterless cleaning formula picks up old wax and
prevents buildup." Suggested price is $6.20 for a 16oz container. Here
is
the link to the SC Johnson site with the information:
http://www.scjbrands.com/mailorder/ My ACE Hardware has it and so does
Amazon.com and it can even can be found on Ebay.
