[GreenKeys] refurbish Model 33 keys?

Curious if anyone has a technique to refurbish/spruce up the look of
the M33 keys?  I rescued an M33 over the weekend and like my other unit,
the keys are very faded, chaulky and some are splitting.

Is there any magic juice-- Elixor of Life or other Ancient Chinese
Secret that can sharpen them up a little?  Obviously the splitting
won't be repaired but maybe the process can be arrested to keep them
from getting worse?

Anybody know what kind of plastic they are made from?  That might give
a hint as to what might be compatible and what isn't.

Was thinking Armor All might be worth a try but unsure of the risk to the
old plastic...
