[GreenKeys] Identify this punch unit?

Hey Guys,

Can anyone identify the punch unit on this website,

We've been discussing with this guy on the Heathkit vintage computing
mailing list helping him figure out what it is.  He initially thought
it was a tape reader but I think we've set him straight on that.

Now he'd like to find out what equipment it may have come from originally.

It's entirely possible it is not from any TTY equipment.  It might be
from an HP or DEC or some other vendor's computer punch peripheral but
I thought we'd run it past the TTY crew to see if it looks familiar first.

I know it's not from a model 33 but I have not seen punches for the
other 8-level Teletype machines so couldn't rule one of those out.
