I have explored the machine on Craigslist noted by Derek Cohn.

It is a Siemens Model 100 telex machine. It is set up to run on 
110VAC.

I have photos which show it to be complete.

The asking price is 50 bucks.

Bend is a "Fur piece from Anywhere" in the middle of Eastern Oregon.

The owner will not ship, so it is pick up only.

So if you need a Siemens Telex, there it is...
