TM 11-2684 covers TS-382/U and TS-312/FSM-1. Differences between the two
being that the former is portable (it has a cabinet) and the latter is rack
mount. They are both smaller and have fewer tubes than TS-382A/U and later.
And they have no meters.

TM 11-2684A covers TS-382A/U. Changes (which I don't appear to have) add
coverage of TS-382B, D, E and F/U. TM 11-6625-261-12 and -35 cover the A
through F (less C).

About all that TS-382/U has in common with the others is that they are all
AC line operated vacuum tube based audio signal generators. Beyond that,
the manual on TS-382/U would probably be worse than nothing for working on
TS-382A/U or later.

However, there are only relatively minor differences from TS-382A/U through
F/U. The basic circuit remained almost the same. V107 (6SQ7) became 6SL7
(with both triodes paralled). Markings on step attenuator switch changed
from all X decimal to mix of X10^n and X decimal. Several resistor values
changed. And the frequency range of the power transformer changed. If I
recall correctly (the late manual doesn't say or show), the meter cases changed,
too. But that would matter only if you needed a replacement and wanted it
to match the original cosmetically.

Al, if the manual on BAMA and/or the one Roy already had is the one on
TS-382A/U, I can give you the changes to make it cover the D.
