[GreenKeys] ID'ing a Noel-Smyser unit, please?

group:

trying to ID another unit; rescued from a scrapper whose intention was to crush - as such, he usually cut off power cords (like this one), cables, connectors, etc; luckily this one survived otherwise fairly intact and clean.

specifics:
nice black wrinkle top opening BUD case; commercial manufacture; power cord cut at rear panel.  ID tag reads:

        MFG'ED BY
NOEL-SMYSER ENGINEERING CORP.
 INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA
    STOCK NO.  (BLANK)

Simpson DC MA. meter (0 - 100); front panel controls labelled NORMAL/REVERSE, SEND/RECEIVE, LOOP/ADJ, BIAS/ADJ, MARK LO/HI, CURRENT LOOP/BIAS, ON/OFF; one pilot light, two empty holes which i believe never had any switches/controls ever mounted.  also 4 unmarked jacks.

rear panel: two recessed Jones-type connectors;  rear controls marked MISC, ANTENNA PLATE, FSK/AFSK & REMOTE REC/SEND.
