Apparently a center tapped filament...  I also have seen these tubes in vhf 
/ uhf RF applications, never thought they would be $300 -- $500 new 
retail...
 
I am remembering about 30 watts output...  George Marti (Marti Electronics, 
Texas) used these tubes in his remote radio broadcast equipment he 
manufactured back in the 60's - 80's.  they would put out 30 watts at approx. 160 
MHz, broadcast remote service, and with a solid state diode tripler, they 
would then allow a 10 watt output on 450. MHz also licensed for commercial radio 
station remote broadcast operations.
