[GreenKeys] Three-head TD from Creed

The recent discussion on the 3-head TD prompted Alf Fisher to write to me.

"Further to the recent Greenkeys thread on Teletype 3 head TD, did you 
know that Creed made them under licence from Teletype?

"I have one in the museum storeroom so I dragged it out yesterday to 
take a couple of pics for you."
